My career has taken me from founding a marketing agency in Chicago to leading global teams at Thomson Reuters and Gartner — across four continents, multiple industries, and business units ranging from $400M to over $1B. In every role, my focus has been the same: build great teams, connect marketing directly to revenue, and create organizations that consistently outperform.

I believe marketing's job isn't to generate activity — it's to generate growth. That means building deep partnerships with sales, obsessing over pipeline quality, and creating systems that scale. I've led marketing organizations of up to 135 professionals and consistently delivered results that moved the business forward in meaningful ways.
